The flag of West Virginia is displayed boldly on this grunge-texture license plate. The flag consists of a white background with a blue border. In the center of the flag is the West Virginia coat of arms. A rock in the center is inscribed with the date June 20,1863, the date West Virginia became a state. On either side of the rock is a farmer and a miner the two principal industries of the state. On the ground in front of the rock are two crossed rifles and a cap of liberty representing the fight of West Virginia for its liberty. Across the bottom is the state moto, "Montani Semper Liberi" meaning "Mountaineers are always Free." This auto tag is a great way for you to show off your pride in the state of West Virginia and display it on the front of your vehicle.
