Shipping policy

Here's our shipping info and our honest take on each option. 

All orders (even personalized plates/products) ship out next business day! During the holiday rush there are a few times (usually Mondays) when some plates get shipped out in two business days.

We primarily use the US Postal Service for all shipments.

Three shipping-speed/class levels are offered for license plates:

• First Class Package -in the US, transit times are 2-7 days on average but this is not a guaranteed service and it sometimes takes up to 14 days.
  The majority of packages are shipped this way. First Class includes a tracking number and is pretty reliable. 
  
  
• Priority Mail Flat Rate -for shipments within the US. Transit times are 1-3 days. This is not a guaranteed service but packages are almost always on time. Sometimes during the holiday season we've had this level of shipping service take up to 5 days for delivery.  
  
  
• Priority Mail Express Flat Rate -for shipments within the USA this is our fastest service and also most expensive. This is pretty much an overnight delivery service but with long transits (i.e. Tennessee to Washington state) it can take 2 days. Generally speaking it's a one day service though. This is a guaranteed service and if your package does not arrive in the advertised delivery window, you can request a refund from USPS.
