The flag of New Jersey is displayed boldly on this grunge-texture license plate. The seal of New Jersey makes up the flag and is a complex collection of symbolic elements. The horse head and helmet signify New Jersey's self rule. The three plows represent it's agriculture. On the left is the goddess Liberty holding a staff with a liberty cap. On the right is the goddess of agriculture holding a cornucopia and representing prosperity. At the bottom is the state motto, "Liberty and Prosperity" with the day of statehood.
