This New York "Stark 33" license plate is a replica of the license plate found in, "The Avengers" movie by Marvel Comics.
Tony Stark drove an Acura NSX Roadster in the movie, and if you look closely at different points throughout the film you will notice the "STARK 33" New York plate on his car.
