Popping with color and life, this tag is our novelty version of the original specialty plate issued by the Oregon DMV in 2012. The background of this plate features rolling vineyard hills with a blue sky.  At the top of the plate is the state name of Oregon in white. The main custom text is centered in the middle of the plate with the phrase, "WINE COUNTRY" beneath it.  Lastly, a white border runs around the edge of the plate.
