This North Carolina license plate is our novelty version of the specialty issued license plate released in 2015. It features an underwater river scene of the habitat that the native brook trout lives in. The main custom text is centered to the right in blue over a white block background. At the bottom of the plate is the state name of North Carolina in white, and at the top is the phrase, "NATIVE BROOK TROUT." Lastly, a white border surrounds the entirety of the plate.
