This plate features bold white custom text on either the dark or lighter green backdrop of your pick. The words, "Water Wonderland" are below the personalization and the small text, "Pure Michigan" is centered on top.
After 60 years and requests from residents of Michigan, the Michigan Department of State brought back the green-and-white "Water Wonderland" license plate in 2023. These vintage-styled tags were issuable starting in 2024 and are similar to the one from 1963. 2023 also marks the 60th anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and UAW President Walter Reuther's Walk to Freedom in Detroit, where Dr. King delivered his iconic “I Have a Dream” speech. The reissued plate honors that historic year.
USA made. All metal with gloss finish. Handmade with care in Tennessee. This license plate is non-reflective.
This license plate is UV and fade resistant. Outdoor service life is approx. 18-24 months. Indoor service life is indefinite.
Plate dimensions are standard for U.S. plates (6" x 12"). Unless otherwise noted, all license plates are not embossed but are flat metal.
