This plate features the words "Liberty City," designed to look like the license plates from the 2008 video game Grand Theft Auto IV. The game takes place in a fictional version of New York City and follows a war veteran named Niko Bellic as he tries to leave his troubled past behind while dealing with dangerous criminals. In single-player mode, is played as Niko, but later multiplayer modes were also added. The top of this plate features an outline of New York City, and your custom blue text is on a white background.
