The second amendment which reads, "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed," was ratified in 1791. This license plate builds upon that concept and takes a poke at the "Homeland Security" department which came into existence after the horrible attacks of September 11th, 2001.

- This license plate is UV and fade resistant. Outdoor service life is approx. 18-24 months. Indoor service life is indefinite.
- Plate dimensions are standard for U.S. plates (6" x 12"). Unless otherwise noted, all license plates are not embossed but are flat metal.
