Embossed Disc Golf Tournament Plates

A long time customer who buys license plates from us for the Akron disc golf tournament ordered these embossed license plates. 

One of the issues we faced with these plates was metal warping that happens when it is embossed (embossing puts weird torques on aluminum). We were able to put a counter torque twist in these plates to make a usable product. We have since learned how to structure our dies differently to have all twisting forces canceled in the final edition (see the NM movie replica plate blog post).
