Anyone interested in a Rhode Island Novelty Governor Plate?

This unique plate was custom made for a customer in Rhode Island. What do you think? I believe I will convert this into a regular product as the RI "Governor" plates. Maybe it should be customizable with up to 3 characters?
Here's a pic of the original plate:

And here's a picture of the novelty license plate reproduction that we made. (Customer changed "Governor" to "Sovereign Governor" as shown).

Here's a short history of the RI Governor plate and specifically the #1 plate:

Rhode Island has one of the most unusual license-plate traditions in the United States, especially when it comes to the famous “#1” plate. The state began issuing license plates in 1904, and from the very beginning, very low numbers were treated as a sign of status and power. Over time, these low numbers became known as “preferred plates,” and the governor’s office has traditionally controlled who receives many of them. Today, the governor of Rhode Island rides with a special Plate #1 that has state seals on it, showing that it belongs to the governor’s official car. Rhode Islanders take these low numbers seriously, almost like a badge of honor, and some families even pass them down through generations because the state allows plate numbers to be transferred in a will. Because of this long history, spotting the governor’s #1 plate on the road is considered rare and exciting—like seeing a moving symbol of the state’s political tradition.
