The flag of North Dakota is displayed boldly on this grunge-texture blue license plate. In the center is an eagle with an open beak holding a banner reading, "E Pluribus Unum" (out of many one). Both the 13 stars above the eagle and the 13 stripes on it's shield represent the 13 original colonies. In the eagle's talons is a bunch of arrows and an olive branch. At the bottom is a scroll bearing the name, "North Dakota." This license plate is a nice simple representation of the North Dakota state flag that will look great on the front of your vehicle.
